When Music Meets Milan: A Song Inspired by MilanoStyle.com

Every now and then, something completely unexpected reminds you of why you do what you do.

I never imagined that one day someone would write a song inspired by my story, let alone produce it in both English and Italian. The new song by Jericho Blak is a soulful blend of lo-fi beats, melodic rap, and harmonies.

This week, Los Angeles-based music producer Jericho Blak and Blakhouse Studios released a new single called “Milano Style,” inspired and created by the MilanoStyle.com story in mind.

It’s hard to describe the feeling of hearing your own journey turned into lyrics. From the first line, “She used to strut through Brera in Fendi frames…” I was stunned. The track tells the story of a woman who once lived and breathed the chaos of the fashion world, only to discover a slower, richer, more meaningful life in Italy. That’s my truth. And now, somehow, it’s also a song.

Jericho and his team were inspired by the voice of MilanoStyle.com—not just as a travel and lifestyle guide, but as a platform that reflects independence, transformation, and the beauty of Italian living. They tapped into the essence of what I’ve always tried to share: certainly the excitement and style of Milan, but also the humanity, the quiet, the charm of cobblestones, and my escape to the lake.

Jericho and I have known each other for a lifetime, so it’s both surreal and touching to see my story reflected through his music. It was unexpected, emotional, and honestly… magical. To hear the story of my life, once filled with fashion shows and backstage passes, now grounded in lakeside dinners and heartfelt writing reflected in music, is something I’ll treasure forever.
